Wat Phra Dhammakaya organized the lifetime ordination for 10 ordinands and Vesak lantern lighting and coordinated with over 10 international Buddhist organizations for the arrangement of International Vesak Day’s activities.
The ceremony started from welcoming over 200 international monks with a parade of flowers and flags, and was kindly presided by the Most Venerable Phrathepmongkolvites, the head of the monastic assembly of Wat Thai Los Angeles.

The Photo Collection of the Evidences of Dhammakaya in the Ancient Buddhist Scripture Seminar
Wat Phra Dhammakaya in Pathum Thani province arranged the ordination celebration for new monks batch “the Master Nun Chand Khonnokyoong’s 105th Birthday Anniversary.”
It started from the registration and conversation of international Buddhist monks. The international monks who came to the temple included ones from Thailand, America, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
At Sydney Bank Town Hall, a Vesak Day celebration was also organized under the name “Australian Observance of the United Nations Day of Vesak 2015” on Sunday, May 31st, 2015.
Phra Khru Sitthidhamvites, the abbot of Atammayatarama Buddhist Monastery ,kindly performing as the president of the monastic assembly, paid homage to the Triple Gem after that Phra Khru Bhavanavites, the abbot of Seattle Meditation Center gave an opening speech of the ceremony.
